Omnix Health Care is nurse owned and operated by Tabatha Brady, RN a local resident and Crosby High School alumni. In 2007 Mrs. Brady identified the need for a patient focused home health agency in the town she was born and raised.
Her husband Jonathan Brady joined the team in 2010 and since then they have been in awe of God’s work as they provide care to their hometown and the surrounding areas. Mr. and Mrs. Brady decided in 2016 to expand the services the agency provided to include hospice care.
The goal of Omnix Health Care Services, Inc. is to be the hands and feet of Jesus as we care for clients following a recent illness, surgery or change in their overall health condition. We understand that not all clients will recover from their illness and therefore have taken the time to develop a hospice program. When the time comes and the focus of care changes from healing to comfort at end of life, we understand that the focus of care often shifts from direct patient care to total care of the clients as well as the family.
