Home Health Services
The Mission of Omnix Health Care is to provide comprehensive health care within our geographic region per the following guidelines:

Skilled Nursing
To assess and instruct in regard to disease processes and disease process management. The skilled nurse can provide instruction to caregivers and patients to promote knowledge and independence in patient care. Skilled nurses can perform direct patient care to include wound care, foley catheter care, injection of prescribed medications when no available caregiver. The skilled nurse can instruct caregivers on these skills when there is an available caregiver.
Physical Therapy
To evaluate and treat for decreased strength, decreased endurance, and/or a decline in functional status. The physical therapist will evaluate the patient and develop an appropriate treatment plan based on each individual patient’s needs in order to assist the patient return to optimal level of functioning.
Occupational Therapy
To evaluate and treat for decreased level of functioning and/or decreased activities of daily living skills. The occupational therapist will evaluate the patient and develop an appropriate treatment plan based on each individual patient’s needs in order to assist the patient return to optimal level of functioning.
Speech Therapy
To evaluate and treat patients with speech problems or swallowing difficulties related to disease process. The speech therapist will evaluate the patient and develop an appropriate treatment plan based on each individual patient’s needs in order to assist the patient return to optimal level of functioning.
Medical Social Worker
To assist with community resources and long term planning
Home Health Aide
To assist with personal care and hygiene under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Therapist.
